The Brook is a supported living scheme in Coleraine, for tenants who are within the dementia or cognitive impairment category.

The scheme is a joint partnership between Northern Trust, Radius Housing Association and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. The three organizations work towards an integrated model of supported housing, with care for people with a diagnosis of dementia or cognitive impairment.

We aim to provide supported living accommodation and enable people with dementia or cognitive impairment to maintain their independence for as long as possible

We provide opportunities for tenants to engage with other people, both in the Brook and in the wider community

The Brook complex has:

• 25 flatlets with en-suite facilities
• 5 two-bedroom bungalows

We provide:

• A range of accommodation built to a very high standard in an attractive surrounding
• A safe environment, with staff on site 24 hours a day
• Innovative technology to support people to live as independently as possible
