  • How diet can help slow down the progression of kidney disease
  • Supporting you if you need a low salt, low potassium, low phosphate or low fluid diet
  • Supporting you with diet with weight loss
  • Supporting you with diet when you have a poor appetite or are losing weight unintentionally
  • Supporting you with diet when you have diabetes and chronic kidney disease
  • Supporting you with diet when you are on haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis or if you choose the supportive care route
  • Supporting you with diet after you have had a kidney transplant
