Clinical Health Psychology Services

Our Clinical Health Psychology Services support adults aged 18 and over who are living with the emotional and psychological impact of a physical health condition.

Living with a long-term or complex health condition can affect how you feel, think, and cope day to day. You may experience stress, anxiety, low mood, or burnout—especially if your condition requires ongoing self-management. Diagnosis and treatment can also be difficult experiences. Hospital admissions, emergency care, or invasive procedures can sometimes feel overwhelming or traumatic.

We are here to help you:

  • Understand the impact of your condition on your mental wellbeing
  • Manage stress, anxiety, and low mood
  • Adjust to changes in your health and lifestyle
  • Build confidence in managing your condition
  • Work towards what matters most to you
