Breastfeeding has many health benefits for both you and your baby. It is not just about feeding – it also helps your baby feel close, comforted and secure as they adjust to life outside the womb.
Our infant feeding coordinators run breastfeeding workshops to support you on your breastfeeding journey. You and your partner can attend from 36 weeks of pregnancy.
Workshops are two hours long and delivered in small groups, either online (via MS Teams) or face to face. Partners are very welcome to join.
