Helping people of all ages live independently and get the most out of life.
Occupational Therapy helps people overcome challenges that affect their ability to carry out everyday activities. We support children, young people, adults and older people with a range of physical, learning and mental health needs.
How we can help
We work with people to build their skills, confidence and independence in daily life. This may include support with self-care, education, work, leisure activities and living at home.
Our aim is to help people do the things that matter most to them, improving their wellbeing and quality of life.
