The Trust Board functions as a corporate decision-making body.  It has executive and non-executive members who are full and equal members.  Their role as members of the Board of Directors is to consider the key strategic and managerial issues facing the Trust in carrying out its statutory and other functions. Other Directors and Divisional Directors also attend Trust Board meetings.
